But what about…
- When it’s not economical?
Even with the rising cost of technology sometimes the cost of a laptop repair is more than the computer is worth. There can be many reasons for this and we will always tell you when this happens and get your consent before we proceed with a repair. - Spare parts?
Sometimes the parts required just aren’t available. Either they are just not available or the cost of buying and shipping them in is prohibitively expensive. - When it’s irreparable by design?
Some makes and models are deliberately designed not to be user serviceable, either you can’t access the components without irreparably damaging the case or it requires tools that are only available to the manufacturer. - Recursive faults?
Sometimes a fault can be hiding other faults that we can’t see until we’ve repaired the first vault. We will always let you know when we suspect this so that you can make an informed choice before you consent to the repair.
Whether your computer’s problems are hardware (physical) or software (programmes, apps, etc), we can help you repair what’s practical and salvage the salvageable.
